This is the Abercrombie family! What a fun last name :) Jeff and Melissa have such an interesting life, with him being a musician and her having what sounds like the best job ever, working for "Extra"! Life doesn't get boring for these people !
This family goes way back to preschool...for us. Alec was in preschool with Derek and now lives 7 doors down :) That was the selling point for the boys when we moved "Derek will be Seven Doors away" ...that's all it took and we got cheers from all 3 of our boys !
These pictures are cute but they are even cuter if you know the story behind them. They were trying to take my picture. . . These boys are so dear to my heart. They are full of sweetness and even when they are constantly moving and on the go, they are so adorable ! They have it pretty good w. bicycles in the house and free range to play :) I think they will look back and say, Wow. My mom was prettttty cool!
I love this picture even though it doesn't show off Jaki's unique and creative style , it screams natural, and real, and love to me. It's fun to see Jaki in this light because I'm so used to seeing her in the other light ... you know fabulous, Totally put together, and Sexy. This is sexy but in a different way!
How fun is this???!!! From belly to baby and this spicey mom is lookin slammin throughout. You would never guess this is her fourth! But you can see the style is in the genes. Even at 6 months of age lil' Shiu Shiu is making her own fashion statement!

This beautiful family is so interesting. It was so intriguing to talk to them... Erro (both the Dad and son are named Erro) is named after a Finnish architect. And I learned that his Mom's dad was the first to invent the computer when it switched from mechanical to electronical. Wow! My job is so fun! America , the mom here, is beautiful inside and out. She has a pure sexiness about her. She is so real and I can't ever imagine her raising her voice at her kids :)
Little Zoey was a ham! We were laughing constantly as she worked the camera w. her funny faces and dramatic poses. We asked her tone it down in between our spurts of laughter. It will be fun to see where life takes her w. her full personality!
If this family looks like they have it all together , it's because....they do!You know the kind of home where you can drop by anytime and they're house is not only spotless but also smells good too. That's where they come from :) The Praters are so much fun, and always keep me laughing. I was laughing so hard in this shoot I forgot to shoot while "they" were laughing... Carolyn is our PTA president this year and I think she's busier than I am!!! Alec and Cole are friends and he picked this post to share because he wanted everyone to see his skateboard. Delaney is yummy and her missing teeth were priceless!
Little Henry was in awe of all the trains. It was so cute to see him so excited. He was on the run and getting him to look in my camera was a little hard when I was competing w. these beautiful , colorful trains :).
His parents Sommer and Jesse were prepared w. some tempting grapes that got us all these great shots! I will have to post the shots of him shoving them in his mouth when I get to them. They are too cute!

I have had so many people telling me about the Gap casting call. This is a great way to use all your photos you've stored away on cd's :) They want them from less than 3 months ago. We had an experience w. Alec when he was little. He booked a baby gap ad, and I of course was beside myself, thrilled w. excitement. I think I actually jumped up and down and hit Andy WHILE on the phone w. the people telling me the details of where we had to be and at what time. When I realized it was the next day , I panicked recognizing that Alec's work permit had expired. I spent the whole day getting a new one which made him skip his nap. When we got there they dressed him up (Kenneth Cole leather shoes and all) , gelled his hair and put him in the spot lite . He wanted to sit, they wanted him to stand, (it was all about the pants so they needed them to show...). He sat, cried, and they called "NEXT". I think it was more painful for me than anyone else.... The opportunity had passed and we missed it.... I had envisioned the best scrap booking page ever, even though I don't scrapbook, I had been willing to start w. Baby Gap being the opener. He was only 2 years old. It didn't happen. We went home. Better luck to all of you out there, but prepare yourself, it can be brutal.
Oh Kate.... How can you be only four years old?? When I listen to this little one talk she doesn't seem so little. Very articulate, and so aware! She was looking off at a bird passing by in this picture :) She is all hair, not something any girl would EVER complain about but she also has such a pretty face we were wanting to see all of it. .....and then there is GEORGE!!! Oh my word. George took my heart and raced away w. it.
